DuPont Tyvek DrainWrap

Tyvek DrainWrap is designed to provide enhanced drainage behind claddings such as primed wood, fiber cement siding and foam board. This wrap also helps to protect the R-value of insulation for more energy efficient homes. Tyvek DrainWrap is durable and maintains a constant drainage rate even after repeated wetting and drying cycles-helping to protect the wall cavity from water that gets behind the cladding. Moderate to high vapor permeability helps to promote drying in wall systems to prevent the formation of mildew and mold. DuPont Tyvek DrainWrap is pliable, it easily wraps around corners, interfaces at joints and works well over architectural elements. In addition, it is lightweight, making it easier to handle and faster to install.
